• All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking included.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Porch Pickup (Local Customers)

• We also offer FREE porch pickup in [Cleveland,TN].
• You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with the pickup address and instructions.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• LMLD Boutique is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
